Mr Arraj acts principally for private sector developer clients, specialising in planning appeals for developers and advising on environmental issues.
Mr Arraj is a former part time lecturer in Local Government Law and Administrative Law within the Law Faculty of the University of Technology, Sydney. He has published numerous articles and other material on Local Government Law and related subjects, as well as property transactions and procedure, appearing in publications such as Butterworths Local Government Planning and Environment (NSW) and the Law Society Journal.
