Achieving the Canstar Blue No.1 customer satisfaction award is a testament to Smeg’s expertise in innovative kitchen appliances and commitment to creating the world’s best ovens, receiving a coveted five stars for overall satisfaction; performance; design; value for money; ease of cleaning; features and functionality; and ease of use.
As the number one consumer recommended comparison site, Canstar Blue surveyed over 3000 Australians on customer satisfaction. Smeg outperformed all other brands across the survey criteria which included performance and design, both overwhelmingly ranked as the key consumer satisfaction drivers.
